We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology and people with a range of disabilities. This statement explains how accessible the site is and how to request information in another format.

Our commitment.
We are committed to making this website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the W3C.
What we have done.
- Every page has a clear structure (properly nested headings)
- All images have alternative text
- Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA requirements
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- The site can be operated by keyboard alone
- Form fields have clear labels and instructions
- The site is responsive — it works on mobile, tablet and desktop
- We use semantic HTML rather than relying on visual styling alone
- Language of the page is declared as English
Known issues.
We are aware that some areas of the site may not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA in full. We are working to fix these:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible — contact us for an alternative format
- Video embedded from third-party platforms may not always have captions; we are working to caption all our own videos
Alternative formats.
If you need information on this site in an alternative format (large print, plain text, easy read, audio, BSL video), please contact us. We will respond within 10 working days:
